Four festive holiday events happening in Sammamish
As Thanksgiving is over and we move into December, it is officially the time for holiday festivities. Sammamish is getting ready to spread the holiday cheer through events from toy drives to music performances. Check them out below.
A Very Broadway Holiday
Friday, Dec. 2 at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, Dec 3 at 1:00 p.m.
Sammamish Presbyterian Church (22522 NE Inglewood Hill Rd, Sammamish, WA 98074)
This joyful holiday music production is hosted by Spotlight Repertory NW, a music and theater program. It will feature festive youth ensembles, with performers ranging from second to twelfth grade, as well as adult ensembles. There will also be a feel good performance by their youth jazz orchestra, with players from eighth to twelfth grade. In addition, you can enjoy some classic holiday hits through the performance of modern jazz-funk-rock fusion band The Royals.
This program is suitable for all ages. Tickets can be purchased here or on the day of the performance in person.
Skyline Holiday Bazaar
Saturday, Dec. 3 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Skyline High School (1122 228th Ave SE, Sammamish, WA 98075)
This annual Holiday Bazaar, sponsored by Skyline High School’s booster club, is great for checking gifts off your holiday lists early on. You can support local crafters by buying their unique handcrafted goods while enjoying the holiday music.
You can also enjoy a selection of various homemade baked goods that are perfect for the holiday season. As part of Skyline Class Council’s joint bake sale, volunteers will be bringing their unique version of classic treats ranging from cookies and pies to sweet and savory options like dipped pretzels and peppermint bark.
This event is free to enter, but most products must be purchased. Be sure to bring both cash and card.
Holidays in Sammamish
Sunday, Dec. 4 at 2:00 p.m.
Eastlake Performing Arts Center (400 228th Ave NE, Sammamish, WA 98074)
The Sammamish Symphony will hold a concert as part of their traditional holiday program this Sunday. Guests can enjoy a selection of festive music such as An Overture for Christmas and Sleigh Ride, composed by Benoy and Anderson respectively. In addition, there will be classic bonbons and some jolly surprises.

Very Merry Sammamish
Friday, Dec. 9 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Sammamish City Hall Plaza (801 228th Ave SE, Sammamish, WA 98075)
The City of Sammamish is holding their annual holiday event, this year with even more holiday lights. Guests will enjoy a multitude of holiday activities, including face painting and free photos with Santa. They also have the chance to interact with friendly animals at the holiday petting zoo.
To spread the gift of giving this holiday season, visitors are encouraged to bring new and unwrapped toys for the Toys for Kids drive. Toys for Kids is a program that works to deliver toys to local children who may not receive holiday gifts otherwise.
