Who has the best Halloween decor in Sammamish?

As the days become colder and foggier, Sammamish residents have started to decorate for spooky season.

The Sammamish Independent is hosting its first ever Halloween Decor Competition, and we are accepting submissions from across the community.

Indy editors and board members will judge the competition based on amount of decor and features, design and creativity of the display. We will award the winner a cash prize of $100 and a feature story.

If you would like to submit your Halloween display or your neighbor’s display, for consideration, please email ananyagupta@sammamishindependent.com with the following details:

• Up to three photos of your Halloween display, or a video walkthrough.
• Name of the person or family who put up the Halloween display.
• Email or phone number of the person who put up the Halloween display.
• Address where the display is located, so the judges can drive by for a closer look.

The deadline for submission will be Monday, Oct. 23 at 11:59 p.m.
